Sugandhi heads the Product Development group out of India. She has managed product development for clients including Metacapital, Countrywide Financial, Oaktree Capital, and Thomson Reuters among others. Prior to Vichara, she has managed development of trading and risk management products for the energy derivatives markets. Sugandhi holds an MBA from Gujarat University.
