Raj Dosaj

Managing Director – Investment Solutions

Raj brings deep experience across mortgage, loan, real estate, and investment analytics, with a strong track record of building and scaling fintech and AI products and market strategies. Raj joins us from RiskSpan where, as Chief Revenue Officer, he helped lead their SaaS platform growth in loan investor and private credit markets.

Prior to that, he established and led the real estate and mortgage vertical at CAPE Analytics (since acquired by Moody’s Analytics), where he created the go-to-market strategy and shaped product development. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Unison Home Ownership Investors, overseeing the HomeBuyer home equity investment (HEI) program and where he helped launch a nationwide HEI product in the GSE and non-Agency markets. Earlier in his career, Raj held senior roles at Black Knight Financial Services, Lender Processing Services, Applied Financial Technology, and Capital Management Sciences, supporting product innovation and client delivery across a range of analytical and financial technology solutions. In this capacity, she effectively transitioned numerous tasks and processes from onshore to offshore across various departments, such as accounts payable, taxation, portfolio analysis, data management and reporting, cash and bank reconciliations, corporate accounting, client services, product management, record-to-report, and purchase-to-pay. Jyothi led a team of over 200 professionals and successfully implemented numerous process enhancements, automation initiatives, and quality audits, while also managing HR operations, recruitment, and hiring.
