Jan 2020 – Vichara Technologies is now ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified.

With our ISO 9001 certification, our clients will be guaranteed a high level of quality assurance at every stage of project. The second certification (ISO 27001) will ensure stringent Information Security Management, helping Vichara keep information assets secure.

ISO 9001:2015 is the most widely known and internationally accepted standard for quality management. This certification recognizes organizations with a quality management system that consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. The ISO-9001:2015 standard ensures that the basis of our quality management system is continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

The ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards helps organizations keep information assets secure and will help organizations manage the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details or information entrusted to organizations by third parties. ISO/IEC 27001 provides requirements for an information security management system (ISMS).

The certification demonstrates our commitment to our clients’ data security. Vichara’s ISO certification body (or registrar) is BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), a highly reputed national body working under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution under The Government of India. BIS is the National Standards Body (NSB) of India and represents the country in the international forum on standardization including International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).

The certification process was led to successful completion by the Head of IT at Vichara- Mr. Pankaj Jain and his team comprising of Rohit Tiwari, Assistant Manager, IT, among others.
